Ability to add survey. Should include add survey title and survey description

Database schema for contact list to forward survey link to or they can participate in the survey

Issue when displaying question options. it seems the whole options of all questions seem getting incremented

Refactor Database schema design so it can accommodate relationship. adding constrain roles to the db schema. Require the whole system prototype to be completed.

Database schema need modification to accommodate survey publishing and participants also participants answers which later will be used for statistics module.

After user create survey and sets its questions and options, now comes the time to publish the survey for users.
Suggestion:

1. Start with basic Random link generation, where user can share it for people to take part.
2. Generate a link but only user who comes from email address can answer.
3. User must register to take survey
4. User must provide his/her email address to take survey

#1005 - Can't create table option (errno: 150 "Foreign key constraint is incorrectly formed")

Ability to add survey to created surveys.

After some research it seems it will be better to move away from JQuery and maintain userUI behavior using Vanilla JS.
There are a lot of available vanilla JS libraries.
