Setup default library for multiplatform user settings / shared preferences

https://github.com/russhwolf/multiplatform-settings seems to be our go-to for our different projets at the moment. We should integrate it in our boilerplate with a basic setup.

boilerplate-setup.sh instructions improvement

Since I'm not familiar with Trikot, I do not understand this question asked by boilerplate-setup.sh

Generated code does not compile

Generated code does not compile:

Also tried to run this script (I thought it could be related to I18N code generation somehow 🤔) :

ACCENT_API_KEY must be set.
