after downloading resnet (https://github.com/MioChiu/ResNet_TensorFlow) but still there is no .npy file. anyone plz tell me from where I can get this file.
Error : No such file or directory: './pretrained_weights/resnet34.npy'

I have this issue trying to run "train.py"

AttributeError: 'tensorflow.python.framework.ops.EagerTensor' object has no attribute 'decode'
