Package manifest can be accessed with a direct git URL via UPM when repository's root is inside the package folder

Currently there is no validation for ensuring that the RuntimeDecoder's avatar pedestal has an ID assigned to it, nor ensuring that the ID assigned to the pedestal actually matches the first linked ID on the RuntimeDecoder behavior.
Validating these potential failure cases will provide additional help with troubleshooting in the future.
After opening a new RuntimeDecoder's inspector for the first time, NullReferenceException is thrown:

When using AvatarImageReader in readonly mode, manually assigned avatar IDs won't get applied to the avatar pedestal, resulting in RuntimeDecoder just idling during runtime.
Possible solution:
UPM package's version is stored in the manifest, version file is obsolete
