Change endpoints and names to Shortcut, where appropriate

Clubhouse has been renamed to Shortcut, I suppose some endpoints could break in the future. We don't necessarily need to rename the name of the project, but it'd be great to add new refs in the README so it could be found when searching by Shortcut too.

Does not work with direct download of Clubhouse CSV file

I tried using the tool and got errors for Line N is missing required field project_id, name or story_type, when they all have those fields. I used a CSV downloaded from Clubhouse and could not upload with the tool.

Wrong field list link

The importer works great!

However, there's an error on the field list link: the anchor is actually capitalized - https://clubhouse.io/api/rest/v1/#Create-Story

epic_id and labels fields (also v2 API?)

Not sure if this is being updated, but I had trouble getting the epic_id and labels to work. maybe because its deprecated v1 api?

Also, some fields require data, like the owner UUID, which i can't seem to determine from the export functions, as they have been upgraded to v2 and don't expose that information.

Is there any chance of updating this for v2? I could help with documentation, but unfortunately, coding-wise it's beyond my scope of knowledge.

Clubhouse V2

I just wanted to let you know that we've released Clubhouse V2. While V1 will continue to be supported, V2 exposes endpoints for several new features such as Teams, Milestones, and Categories.

Hello,

I'm having trouble importing some lines from my CSV which don't seem to have any significant difference with other lines that successfully get imported. No special characters, not super long lines, I'm at a loss and the error message doesn't really say why the import of that line actually fails.

                                    Line 1: Navigation 1 failed: The request included invalid or missing parameters.
                                    Line 3: Navigation 3 failed: The request included invalid or missing parameters.
                                    Line 5: Navigation 5 failed: The request included invalid or missing parameters.
                                    Line 11: Navigation 11 failed: The request included invalid or missing parameters.
                                    Line 15: Navigation 15 failed: The request included invalid or missing parameters.
                                    Line 16: Navigation 16 failed: The request included invalid or missing parameters.
                                    Line 18: Creation 2 failed: The request included invalid or missing parameters.
                                    Line 21: Creation 5 failed: The request included invalid or missing parameters.

The content of the first lines is the following (line 2, 4 6, 7 etc gets imported correctly, the project and epic IDs are correct)
