It would be better to save the setting like automatically turn on the second subtitle.

This was fixed, but I removed it in v1.3.2 because there were issues. I’ll reopen and address after v1.4.0 is released. I put some initial work on branches ‘add-back-storage-middleware’ and ‘background-page-ssot’

Hey @wendingp ! Just letting you know that this has been released in v1.4.2 on the Chrome Web Store. You can uninstall & reinstall to get the update. Let me know if you run into any bugs with this version. :-)
