Currently we have sequence which indicates whether you have to have the numbers in the right order to win. We need an "ordered" field so that we know whether to display the numbers in order. For example, powerball doesn't care what order you picked your numbers in, but they are ordered on your receipt and when you look at a website displaying the numbers.

alphabetize them!

If you select a state with a lotto, and then select a state without a lotto, the generate numbers button stays visible and clicking it causes an error because no game_id is passed back to the server.

Says "New user" when it should say "edit user"...probably applies to all edit pages.

When numbers are less than 100 on pick 3 with 1 number they should show a 0 in front of the number. 071. Now it's just 71. When they are less than 10 it should show two zeros. 007. Now it's just 7. Same goes for Pick 4 where things are less than 1000.

Cancel shouldn't submit the form.
