A Very Basic DITA to JSON plugin

The com.mikahimself.dita2json plugin is a simple DITA-OT plugin that converts DITA topics to a simple JSON format, retaining the content in basic HTML format like so:

Shortdesc content gets dropped

Wrap shortdesc into suitable HTML element(s)

Add handling for codeblocks

Add smarter handling for codeblock and nested elements. Current way of marking everything as a paragraph breaks content. Use inline elements like spans with relevant attributes instead

Escape backslashes

Backslashes are not escaped properly in the output, causing output to break
