It's documented: https://devblogs.microsoft.com/typescript/announcing-typescript-5-4/#the-noinfer-utility-type
The docs link to the release notes.
from typescript.
Do you consider it documented if it is only mentioned on devblog.microsoft.com? (A real question, I don't know the doc policy of typescript)
It doesn't seem to be mentioned anywhere in the official document: https://www.google.com/search?q=%22NoInfer%22+site%253Atypescriptlang.org
from typescript.
When 5.4 is released you'll find the release notes on the website, e.g. for 5.3: https://www.typescriptlang.org/docs/handbook/release-notes/typescript-5-3.html
from typescript.
I've created a PR to get this fixed: microsoft/TypeScript-Website#3053
from typescript.
TS5.4 is already released but it hasn’t yet appeared on the website for some reason. This has happened before, not sure when they’ll fix it.
