I am trying to run your code but there is no documentation

I am attempting to run your code but there is a lack of documentation. Please provide some instructions.

Can you give some examples of contents in some files?

I see a snippet of code. I download some files and want to combine these files with geonames ID, but i dont know the details of these files after processed.
Can you give me some examples of contents in these two files, thanks:)
