Get % for components

Thank you! I love your PBI custom time series decomposition visual!

Please forgive that I use this forum to ask you something like this and not having a particular issue with the visual.

My question is if there is a way how I can extract the % numbers for the three documents (the one you show on the bottom of the visual) in PBI or R.

have a large number of variables (colums) and wanted to end up with a table like the following:

             seasonal %                     trend %         remainder %

series1: 27% 24% 49%
series2: .. .. ..
...
