Table Sorter custom visual for PowerBI

TableSorter

Table Sorter lets you create stacked table columns to explore how different combinations and weightings of numerical column values result in different rank orderings of table records. Column headings show the distribution of column values and support rapid re-sorting of table rows (which may also be filtered by linked visuals). Table Sorter is built on LineUp (http://caleydo.github.io/tools/lineup/)."

This visual is experimental and not actively being developed, only major issues will be addressed.

Usage

• Install node.js 6+
• Install yarn
• Run yarn in the project directory, which will install all the dependencies
• Run yarn test which will lint, test, and compile the tablesorter and tablesorter-powerbi packages.
  • Compiling tablesorter-powerbi will also create a .pbiviz file in the packages/tablesorter-powerbi/dist directory, which can be imported directly in Power BI

Migrate to new API

Column header text colour selection not changing

Despite selecting a "white" for the column header text it always reverts to the default grey-black which is unreadable with darker coloured columns when histograms enabled.
Happens in both PowerBI Desktop and when loaded to the Service.

Add support for displaying values as percentages.

Table Sorter is lacking the ability to render values as percentages. You can change the precision of the values that are displayed, but there is no way to show .01 as 1%

Numerical column filters are incorrectly applied sometimes when TableSorter is filtered externally

Add option to hide the "Rank" column.

I have an object in My application using Visual tablesorter, but I want to eliminate rank column on visual tablesorter. How can to remove or hide the rank column that existed at tablesorter?

UI Consistency

Make consistent with all of the other visuals: Padding, Margin, Borders, Font Colors/Sizes...

Table Sorter visual only shows 1000 rows of data

How can the user see all the data rows instead of only 1000 rows? If the data has 3000 rows, the visual shows only first 1000. Is there any way for the user to be able to see the next set of rows?

Sorts/Filters are not restored correctly.

How could I use this in developer visual mode? Thank you

Numerical columns have a color, add the ability for users to control that color.

Is there a hack to

1. Hide/Remove 'delete column' option on column header.
2. Make header font bold/increase size.
3. Hide/Remove 'Clear Selection', 'Add Column' and 'Add Stacked Column' buttons
4. Hide Rank column (already in open issues but not able to find the hack code provided)

Capabilities Object needs to be more forgiving

It needs to support min: 0 for the Values column, because if the user removes that column, when there is a Rank column, then PBI throws errors.

We are able to add duplicate columns

User can select same column multiple times for the Table Sorter visual. Can this be restricted?

Limit of 1000 rows

It is very cool visual but it has one problem. There is a limit of 1000 rows. How can I remove this restriction? I found a line in the code with this parameter, but I can not compile the file into pbiviz. Help me please!

One request - Have ALL of the data show in a tooltip, when only 3 columns are visible in the tablesorter.

Add ability to not show "(Blank)" for numerical columns with null/undefined values

Rows with null or undefined for a numerical column will show (Blank) when the values setting is enabled.

Hello, I really like the Powerbi-Visuals-TableSorter. It works faster than the in-built version of table. I am really grateful to you for generating this visual. I have a few suggestion, hope you might be able to implement these:
