Comparison of testing framework

Aim of this task is to select the best testing framework for our purposes.

Create mock test for I2CDevice class

Cerate I2CDevice class test using Doctest and FakeIt. Test should base on current test that is located in: microhal/tests/i2c/i2c_mocd (branch devel). This test should be done in separate branch. Main purpouse of this test is to check function of FakeIt framework. If mock framework will be suitable for our purposes test should be merged with branch devel after code review.
