The bin names should avoid potential collisions from other data. So we should rename the bins to include the mga0xxx ID.

for task split_interleaved_fastq, change:

mem: "4 GiB"
to:

memory: ${memory}

Where memory is a variable that is specified in the inputs section:

String? memory = "4G"

• How do we better track the version and make sure things are consistent.
• How do we better track what things have been process and with what? How do we make it possible to automate updates?
• How do we have a consistent set of data products? Should we make versioned outputs?
• How can we track this version information in the runtime somehow?
• How do we better capture the tool versions and databases in the output provenance?

This issue is for tracking all the data sets that are being updated with the NMDC identifier and other clean up tasks that Shane is doing ahead of the November/clean-up sprint.
