When exporting to TeX, .pngs included in .pgfs must be moved to Makefile directory
Otherwise the pdflatex command can't find them.
'pandas=0.25.1' is not a valid operator in requirements.txt
Does it need to be >= or == ?
hkl values make "object too deep for desired array"
When exporting to pgf, hkl=True for xrd.py causes ValueError: object too deep for desired array. changing savefig extension to pdf works fine.
Example:
ref_KFeF3 = xrd.ICDDXmlFile("KFeF$_3$ - 00-020-0895.xml", flavour="hundred")
fig = plt.figure(1, figsize=(16, 16))
ref_KFeF3.plot(color='black', hkl=True)
hide_y_axis()
plt.xlabel(r'2$\theta$ / $^\circ$', fontsize=20)
savefig('../test.pgf', transparent=True, dpi=600)
show()Results in:
ValueError: object too deep for desired array
