Normalization and zero centering

Preprocessor needs online preprocessing functions for normalization and zero centering of the scan data.

Apply dilation mask

Before segmenting lungs, preprocessing tutorial recommends applying circular dilation morphological operation.

Determine which data to save from preprocessing

Preprocessor class (code/preprocessing.py) generates data for the raw scan rescaled to match HU values, resampled with even pixel spacing, and with the lungs segmented. Need to determine which data to save and the format(s) to save it in.

view_sample.m: Functionality

Any more functionality we want to see that would be useful? (e.g. I added a few PCA/SVD features to evaluate the sparsity of the singular values)
