Components need to be created

The following components would be really helpful...

• Post component which contains card information
• Sidebar component
• Footer component

More to be added as I go...

Blog Posts Pagination

The blogs posts currently don't have pagination, it would be awesome to get this implemented at some point.

Post link in Posts isn't using native preact-router

The issue is https://github.com/Michael-Brooks/preact-wp/blob/master/src/routes/blog/posts.js uses the tag which causes a full page refresh when you click it. I need to use preact-router to create a native link which won't cause a full page refresh.

My current problem with trying to add <Link href={post.slug}>Example Link</Link> to my code, is when I try to click on the link, it does nothing. Maybe I haven't read the documentation correctly, or maybe it's a bug within preact-router. Either way, this is a beneficial improvement.
