Implement the logic necessary to gather the state of all the controls in the M4L device, assemble them into a SysEx message, and send it to the hardware.

This will likely involve modifying (possibly even removing) the current program change and SysEx dump request logic that is already in place.

Change all the names of the send and receive pairs so that they use the 'private' syntax (e.g., s ---someName) to ensure that messages remain within the device and don't affect other devices within the M4L system.

Randomization was disabled while encapsulating the synth sections. It should be either added back and possibly expanded.

Expansion would involve having a randomize button for each section, as well as a 'randomize all' button (i.e., the one that already exists).

In addition to the CC controls, we need to add SysEx-only controls:

1. Voice mode
2. Program settings

Add a prepend set object between the ctlin and live.* objects to prevent MIDI feedback loops.

Move the controls and logic for the various synth modules into separate .maxpat files for easier management.

The .amxd should be essentially just a shell with a bunch of bpatchers
