CSD documents should allow specification of contributors. Supplement this to the models.

Update according to isodoc changes

• isodoc title is now isolocalizedtitle (gbdoc title is inherited)
• bibliography now takes multiple dates in one array

Prettify document authorship and roles

Right now they are splattered in the center and each author/affiliation is in a single line. We want to prettify this.

Some design thought is necessary.
