Disable autocomplete bugginess on topic/synapse creation about metamaps

Sometimes on my computer, once a submit a topic or synapse, the 'autocomplete' options box shows up and I have to click somewhere else to make it hide. But maybe that only happens on localhost. I'll have to double check.

Still occasional glitchiness here but 90% fixed. Method was to temporarily disable auto complete on the creation of a topic or synapse then re-enable it when you pop up the form next.

Should this be closed or are you going to keep working?
