The coding guidelines which were announced during the project's kick-off meeting need to be published as part of this repository and on the project's BSCW server.

Further information on how to work on a part of the project's code as submodule of this repository is needed and has to be added to the README.md.

It will be most useful for all project partners to receive best practices on how to formulate and format good commit messages, maybe based on this blog post.

Specifically mention all those nice tutorials, which at the moment can be found in the submodules after looking at them closely.

Ensure that cloning with submodules and submodule updates are working and README.md is properly formatted.

Specifically we want to include a step by step guide from installation until proper execution of the code.

This should emphasize the character of the related content and point out, that it is strongly recommended to stick as close as possible to them while everybode is still free to follow other (organizational) conventions. All links in README.md and other documents shall be updated.

There is an upcoming major change in incorporating uncertainties to ZEMA Machine Learning Tutorials. Watch harislulic/ZeMA-machine-learning-tutorials#15.
