Hi guys,

I created a NuGet package as I hate to check in custom DLLs to source control and for the sake of consistency of how we get our third-party dependancies. It can be found here.

Let me know when you are planning to publish the SDK to NuGet and I'll be happy to un-list mine.

I could not build the project as published because the ASYNC methods set some enums to null.

Sample error:
CS1750 C# A value of type '' cannot be used as a default parameter because there are no standard conversions to type

Sample call with the issue from Model\AsyncDeliveryReportDetailRequest.cs
(See the variables called *Body, they are enums and not nullable, like SortDirectionBody )

Am I just missing something?
