Group same issues seen multiple times, to reduce number of generated issues records for the same exact exception.

• Add issue events.
• Add issue key/summary.
• Detect whether to generate a new issue record or append a new event to an existing issue.
• Add UI elements

Add ability to filter issues by project (exists), environment ('dev', 'prod', ...) and date (relative: a day ago, a week ago, a month ago... absolute: from x to y).
