1. kubectl create namespace argocd

2. kubectl apply -n argocd -f https://raw.githubusercontent.com/argoproj/argo-cd/stable/manifests/install.yaml

3. kubectl apply -f argocd-cm.yaml

4. kubectl apply -f my-apps.yaml
