Make the app responsive
Make the scrollbars which are hidden working in the output region

Calculator accepts a second value now following things need to be done

1.Comma system function has been created but does not work
2. Logical Error with the 4 basic operations needs to be solved as the answers produced are incorrect
3. [OPTIONAL] A backspace key functionality needs to be added

currently calculator will not perform the 4 basic math operations as it is unable to accept a second input

1. make calculator accept a second input
2. refactor the code with loops to make it less redundant and precise
3. provide css query to reduce the size of ans screen in case of large numbers
