Headings not working

Hi @petyosi ,

I was trying to integrate the editor into my next.js 14 app and the headings were not working. I am adding the headingsPlugin and BlockTypeSelect, but the text will be a normal paragraph regardless of the heading type on the toolbar.

I've tried this example repo and the next-pages one and they don't work either... Do you have an idea of what else I could try?

Thanks

trying to enable live editing on browser

My estimation was that once it is set up the markdown could be edited from the browser and dynamically save and compile back to markdown like the live demo at:
https://mdxeditor.dev/editor/demo
Is there a way to achieve the same editor experience or do I have to edit from the page.tsx file and manually save and compile everytime?
Thanks

Placeholder showing below the markdown?

Hello @petyosi, I am incorporating the Mdx editor in my recent Nextjs 14 app router project and I've noticed that whenever I add a placeholder to the editor it creates two ContentEditable divs and the placeholder falls below the markdown.

I've followed the same setup that you have applied in this repo and all I have added additionally is a placeholder.

What could be the issue?
