I think when people are going through answering a series of questions, they want to know why they have to answer each of the questions when they start getting to be personal (explaining this would probably also help with drop offs throughout the process as well). Turbo tax does this well. Something like: Do you have any disabled children? (We ask this because you might be able to apply for tax deductions.) -- I feel like people will be more willing to answer a question about whether or not they're living in an abusive relationship, for example, if you can tell them why answering that question will help them.

When I get to the last page, if I'm viewing on the web, nothing happens when I click on the Contact button. I'm assuming, since you have the telephone number behind the button, in a mobile app it will bring the call up on your phone, but just wanted to point that out.
