[Project]Deploying netflix with DevSecOps part 4( code scan with SonarQube and monjtoring eith grafana)

In this issue I would like to add other features

code scanning with Sonarqube - this tool will help in continuous inspection of code quality , identifying bugs ,vulnerabilities and ensuring maintainability .
Monitoring with Grafana and Prometheus - we regularly check our ci/cd pipeline and kubernetes cluster health using grafanas beautiful dashboard powered by prometheus metrics.

Feat: Enhancement of topbar

Describe the feature

top navbar or heading bar is looking very simple
few enhancement is required

1. hovor effect to social media logo
2. loading anmination should be chnaged
3. buttons should be enhaced
4. hover effect an box shadow to logo in black mode and logo enhancement
5. icon of dark mode should not be with social icons it should be seprated and using toggler rather than icon
