I followed the instructions, and when I was trying to use Jupyter Notebook after I enter the default account and password, I met an error:
500: Internal Server Error Failed to start your server on the last attempt. Please contact admin if the issue persists.
Are there any methods that can fix this problem?

my system is centos7.9, My docker version is 20.10.16 my docker-compose is 1.23.1, when I download your git ,I input "docker-compose up -d" ,my cerebralcortex-apiserver container is unhealthy , when I input "docker logs -f cerebralcortex-apiserver ", the log display "mysql.connector.errors.InterfaceError: 2026 (HY000): SSL connection error: Failed to set ciphers to use", How can I view the problem，Is there a complete installation document or video
