Replace the code dealing with the variants API with the appropriate adapter dependency.

v1beta2 is now deprecated and about to shut down.

Refactor the beaconizer to act strictly as a rest layer on top of a Beacon Adapter. the beaconizer should ONLY accept a single adapter and "beaconize" it, exposing the api.

All the business logic currently in the Beaconizer project should be moved to specific adapters. The implementation detail of this should not be in the scope of the beaconizer.

Support for multiple beacons will be removd

Describe how to set up, use, configure etc.

Replace hard-coded data.

Once finalized.

As in the documentation: "The full rest-api (return types) is currently being defined elsewhere and a link soo be provided" No link is yet provided.
