fix style of snackbar in darkmode

• check if context.getSystemService(UserManager::class.java).isUserUnlocked could help with notifying the user that the click was registered and the app opened, but the device is locked

fix notification color

it should be green, but for some reason it's currently some kind of purple

fill up dummy apps on first start with random installed apps if not enough dummy apps are found on the device

empty item not shown if application list is empty

app is over all somewhat laggy

e.g. after selecting some app from the selection, the list takes some time to disapper.

My guess is that some work is still done on the main thread that shouldn't be there

add apps in custom notification dynamically

Currently it uses 15 layout files for each count. I couldn't get it to work any other way when I set it up a few years ago, but maybe it's possible now
