robvisapp's Issues

Add text showing version of robvis to app

To aid reproducibility, add text which encourages people to report the version of robvis used to produce the figures.

Boiler-plate text:

Risk-of-bias figures were created using robvis (Version *)1

1 McGuinness, L. A., & Higgins, J. P. (2020). Risk‐of‐bias VISualization (robvis): An R package and Shiny web app for visualizing risk‐of‐bias assessments. Research Synthesis Methods.

Add FAQs

  • "Some concerns" instead of "Moderate"
  • Why include a "Weight" column?

Improve auto-sizing of downloaded figure

This will be important to implement at the same time as introducing the ability to define point size for the traffic_light_plot().

This will allow users to upload bigger datasets of assessments (current target is 38).

Notes to self:

  • If psize = 20, then 1 inch per row (nrow multiplier) in the resulting figure is fine
  • Therefore, the definition of the nrow multiplier should be: nrow.x <- 1/(20/psize)
