Updating CellBlender Tutorials about cellblender

I went through the Getting Started tutorial and updated it for the current 
CellBlender: 

CellBlender Source ID = 51e3abf95f840f76e3af04c5bf4c2d5114122ebf

I pushed the results back to git hub, and I hope they are reviewed before 
updating the web site. Unfortunately, I forgot to note the above CellBlender ID 
when I pushed the tutorial update. I should have added that so we'd know which 
version works best with which tutorials. That's another thing to try to 
remember in the future!!

The MCell/CellBlender tutorials now have their own repo (https://github.com/mcellteam/cellblender_tutorials) and issue tracker (https://github.com/mcellteam/cellblender_tutorials/issues). There's no reason to report issues about them here.
