Page and limit handling when requesting logs

The current implementation of remote logger doesn't permit fetching unfinished pages of logs and faild completely when the log is empty.

VerifyForm

Should basically do the same as .VerifyBody but instead of using the binary data in the body it should use the http.Request helper functions to get form elements and match them to a structure.

Add testing

Rate limiting (outgoing requests)

Same as #6 but for outgoing requests.

Don't use hard coded strings/values

There are several places where HTTP methods and/or response codes are hard coded. Instead of being hard coded they should be referenced from the http package of the standard library.

Add better documentation

The documentation should get a brush up - more examples eg.

Add documentation

The package needs some documentation to make it usable for others.

The README should contain examples as well.

Update README

The README file should contain basic information on how to get the library and some simple examples on how to use it.

Rate limiting (incoming requests)

It would be nice to have a construct that can be used for rate limiting incoming requests.

I'm thinking two solutions: a function of type http.HandleFunc and a struct of type http.Handler.

As I see it there is two ways of doing this - by IP or by header value. Using header values is nice and having the ability to use cookie value and/or specific header content would be even nicer.

Add build test

The code should be tested with CI like travis eg.
