Introduced a nifty new sorting option for the leaderboard. But the resulting visual, possibly combined with Brian's removal of the flag, is less than ideal. Be nice to tune this up.

I get the scary yellow arrow in Chrome for this link:

The error console reports:
The page at 'https://my.mayday.us/t/03c7-Jeremy-P-White/' was loaded over HTTPS, but displayed insecure content from 'http://pdl.vimeocdn.com/67714/626/259408602.mp4?token2=1401885285_e084aff7f41ac4cc6ab8caac4a0639f9&aksessionid=9a1052a8cfd4dd96': this content should also be loaded over HTTPS.

Looks like the main page gets this as well.

Not sure if this is worth fiddling with at this point; just being thorough.

The login modal idea was discarded - but it seems that the buttons reverted to the old, plain kind.
Anyone want me to attach the styles to the buttons? - Bootstrap and my library share.css are both loaded, so it should be a snap.

You don't get top level nav on the Teams pages.

Pledge pages should become recruitment pages for our core supporters/volunteers to be able to spread the word and get their friends to sign up and become supporters of Mayday as well.

We should be able to create leaderboards and contests, and keep track of who signed how many people up.

We need to redesign the front page in teams, that is currently /login

We need to ask people:
How do you want to get involved?

These are the options that need to be on the page:

1. Create or manage your pledge page
2. Submit a volunteer project idea
3. Submit and manage your content ("Enter the contest")
4. Vote on content
5. View leaderboards
6. Login

It needs design and a bit of thinking.

When on my.mayone.us, it's not evident (for most users) how to get back to mayone.us.

The latter is actually tested and returns all the info the team page needs, so we don't need to do two RPCs.

If the pledge page owner is logged in, give them a link that, when clicked, shows the following information for those who pledged through their page:
name, email, date of pledge and amount pledged

Visit team page A. Leave it open. In another browser window, visit page B. Close it. Go back to A, make a pledge, the pledge goes to team B, not A.

This seems low priority to me, but we did have a non zero (1?) number of people hit by this (ticket 4455).
