Add unit tests

We should use tox to cover at least versions 3.6 to 3.8 of Python.

Fix data purge

Data purge is not working, maybe because of some code mistake or replaced function (I didn't investigate it), but purge doesn't exist in the current version.

Allow for better JSON representation

Enhance README.md

Include informations about:

HOST/PORT environment variables
Information about data persistency

Create Dockerfile

This can be a really good candidate for a simple docker container

Deal with JSON body

When the body is sent as application/json, we're not saving that or presenting that information on a sensible way

Improve layout and presentation

Add maximum database size (rotation)

It's probably overkill to have anything more than 1000 rows on the database, so we can remove the oldest ones when we're past 1000. Can hurt performance when adding new requests.
