From the looks of it you appear to be using the NuGet Package Restore option for your solution (a very good idea), but forgot to commit the .nuget folder. Also, including the solution file would be nice.

Unfortunately, I wasn't able to get it to build without doing some extra work.

"There was a problem connecting to the server. Exception: The underlying connection was closed: Could not establish trust relationship for the SSL/TLS secure channel.

Comments are often more important than the posts, I must have over 200 comments saved on my account. The comments are "saved", but only the subreddit name and date are added to the exported file, there's no URL.
When saving comments, please store a direct link.

Some users report having empty HTML files after attempting to export their saved posts.

I keep getting this error. I tried different machines and tried to edit machine.config.
I've tried it on Win7 in Bootcamp and a normal laptop.

I've been trying to do it myself, but it is giving me all kinds of missing file errors.

I apologize I don't have the actual error.
I was saving all my saved posts from my reddit account to an html file.
When I then "Unsaved" all those posts, at the end it gave some kind of "index needs to be less than a collection" type of error.

If I were to guess, this is because I had 1100+ posts saved on my acount. Reddit stops displaying them around 975. So when I first ran your program, it only showed around 975 posts that could be exported.
After I got the error, I ran your program again, and the remain 130ish saved posts were left on the account.

I would suggest trying to unsave posts on an account with over 1100 saves to possibly recreate this error.

Mavis, I'm not seeing the downloads. Is this project still supported? I'm trying to get it to work.

Can you develop this tool further by adding an option to export the (list of) subreddits the user is subscribed to and also import them to another Reddit account?
As far as I'm aware no one hasn't really done this before. reddit-resub exists, but importing doesn't seem to work.

I do not see any mention about privacy policy. Could you describe what happens to the personal information such as the credentials? Is there any retaining of the user data?
