QuestionParser could be refactored to represent a Question Detail object

avoid creating classes that end in -er. Classes should represent actual objects, not just collections of functionality.

In tests/test_parse.py, we should read the text from tests/sample.html.

Problem
test_parse.py can not read the html file when it is run as a test suite because non-python files aren't being packaged into the test suite.

Current Workaround
The contents of sample.html is in a string at the bottom of test_parse.py.

Only show one answer at a time. Clear the previous answer from the screen, and print the new one.

Usage

so <your search> --limit 5
OR
so <your search> -l 5

Returns up to 5 results
