Hallo,
Atom behaves strangely when dealing with a Django HTML file
which uses the |length filter within a {% ... %} tag.
Upon saving, the program creates two spaces around the pipe character, thus yielding
variable | length.
As a consequence, the Django interpreter does not parse the code correctly and yields an error message.
Does it depend on Atom itself or on the Django-Atom package?

Hi there! Awesome work! But doesn't work on my html templates, no syntax highlighting and no code snippets. I've no idea.
I'm using Atom v1.0 on Fedora 21 x86_64 and KDE 4.14.

I just started using Atom and django-atom. After the installation, syntax colour kicks in which is good. However, I noticed if there is no space after = in attribute, the colour is not right.

Also, it seems the autocomplete is not working properly... None of the snippets are suggested when I type.

When I type snippet abbreviations like "block" or "extends" in the editor it does not show up in suggestions. I get blockquote when I type block. Is this an issue with the package or a settings issue with the atom editor?

If I open a django template .html file, Atom assumes that it's just a standard html file.

I feel like it didn't do this before. How do I get Atom to correctly recognize that a file is a django template as opposed to a standard html file?

EDIT: I solved this issue (by using a different package). Check out my instructions in my other comment further down the page.

Using this plugin makes Atom ignore the "Tab Length" settings of the core package language-html.

This package is overriding core python-language snippets, which it should not be overriding. Specifically the pdb and ipdb snippets, but there may be others.

This is especially bad because it's not intuitive or obvious that it is this package that is doing it. I've lost over an hour tracing this down!
