We're removing the ability to add a Resident to a Property (when looking at a Property), instead you add Properties to a Resident. We didn't see a way for you to search through existing Residents. Forcing this through a resident, encourages us to search first, but we can add new one when we need to. This will be used much less often once we complete #31.

Convert Sticker number from number (integer) to string.

Currently, we can only assign a Property to a Resident, while editing a Resident. Since we usually process a Property, we want to add a Resident to a Property, while editing a Property. Including: Resident Type (owner, etc.), Verified on date, primary residence.

NEED to be able to reset the year the lot fees are paid and still store that the previous year was paid. how will i track year to year?

• Boat Ramp Access Pass: registration or Tag Number of the Boat or The Trailer and issued sticker number

i want to be able to create all of the new property information at once. if I dont put the lot in first have to go back and reenter. Its clunky flow

Especially for a new Resident, it's not clear what to do about mailing address

The year end process for passes will be to expire all existing passes as a batch. We’ll add a button to the index page of each pass, allow us to expire all of the current passes, prior to creating new passes.

We'll add a button to the home page that resets all fee paid? and amenity_processed? flags

I am importing information from the "ABI Membership" sheet ((includes Lot/Property info) and "ABI Property" sheet. I am still missing some information. Is there a better source? Another source?

there is a transition age that after 21, dependents become boarders. We should be asking for dependent birth year, and age. We do not need exact birthday. I need to have a place to record this information

Create a new Transfer Ownership form that will:

• removes/disassociates a resident : from the property

  • The resident will still be in the system, they just are no longer associated with this property.

• adds new residents to the property

• marks property NOT for_sale

• perform all this in a transaction

• Add filter?: recently_sold

Also, I think I've found some Lot Numbers that are duplicated within the same subdivision. I'm assuming it is ok to have the same Lot Number in a different subdivision.
