Change parse function in parse.c to take in an array of cards instead of one, and process all cards, then validate hand.

the function should return 0 or 1 indicating either failure or success.

If success continue to ranking
if failure return invalid_hand

Change parse function in parse.c to take in the buffer, and parse all card in it, also allow it to validate hand. The function should return bool indicate successful parse.

If success continue on with ranking in main.c
if fail return invalid_hand
