Reduce data sent in `ViewDocuments` - `InitalServerEx`

Specifically referring to the document.documentCategory field. It's either going to be null or contain an object. We should reduce the payload sent to the client if it contains an object. Right now, we're sending the full document category from the db which is unnecessary

View Documents: Clicking a document should take the user to the document specific page

• before updating the slug, we need to select all slugs from the portal
• we search for an exact match on the slug,
• if one exists, throw an error and do not allow the form to submit

View Documents: Use default data for the editable form fields

View Documents: Slug field should print actual slug with lodash for formatter

Fix API Endpoints for View Documents

Filter Bar - View Documents: Enable full-text search

• searching should trigger a call to the backend
• backend should use full text search to send results
• results should returned to the client
• client should display the results
• if no results client should display "No records found"

View Documents: Move useState for accordions to Zustand state

View Documents: Change formattedTableRowData from integers as keys to identifiable key values

View Documents: Pagination should be prev / next
