FunctionOperatorExists<T> does not seem to work for all cases

When using CX::Lambda, some anonymous structs generated by capture-by-reference lambdas cause FunctionOperatorExists::value to be false.

Incorrect lambda type identifier for empty lambda constructor

Should be Lambda<...>::UINIT not Lambda<...>::PLAIN for empty lambda constructor.

This library is mindblowing

Don't have any issues to file, just wanted to say thanks. Reading the code has exploded my brain -- this is super useful stuff as well!

Add a homogeneous tuple type

va_list on x86 is char *

Add examples for the vararg wrapper

Describe the problem with using the builtin va_list type and demonstrate the portable solution using utilities defined in cx/vararg.h.

Incorrect unsafe function pointer cast in CX::Lambda

Haven't seen this cause issues yet, but it is being reported by UBSAN and should be fixed nonetheless. Example case:
