Error in submission

Hi Matt,
I am trying to retrieve eQTLs for a list of SNPs in the “hg19:chr:pos” format but I’m getting this error in R:
Error in FUN(X[[i]], ...) : Web server seems to be down. Try again later!
However for rsID submissions it is fine. I also tried the web interface and seems the same.
(I tried to send you an email before opening this issue here and used the email address from your profile, [email protected], but my email got rejected with some non-English text from a server which I didn't understand any of that.)
Any help is appreciated.
