1. Ability to select fields (as mentioned previously) but also add the ability to save the field list for subsequent exports so we don’t have to pick the fields every time. If not, I can use the ‘pp_eu_exclude_data’ filter to get rid of fields.

I would probably save this per admin user account so that it's a user preference rather than global.

The most native experience for this should be in the "Tools > Export" menu, not under "Users". Let's move it there and use as much of the native functions of that screen as we can.

Users want to export passwords and not have to deal with a filter. I'll add a warning to it as well.

With the export being moved to the Tools menu area, making it a little more obvious where to find it will be helpful. Let's add a "Export User" button to the Users Admin screen to call it out:

Test more fully on multi-site and look for enhancements or fixes.

• Confirm Basic user export works
• Confirm exporting by role works
• Confirmed exporting by role and date range works
• Check Super Admin capabilities for feature enhancement opportunities.

For example, I want to export User Data for February 2018 to February 2018. Instead, it exports the entire database of users. Using 4.9.4 Wordpress.

Hi there, we have been using your plugin, but realised that the import doesn't pull through all of the data in some versions of Excel. It works fine in Planmaker and Excel 2016, but in older versions of Excel, some of the columns are empty of data, even though we know the data is there. Can you confirm if this is a bug or whether there is some setting we need to apply when converting csv to columns & text?

I can't use this plugin on my personal site currently because of an issue where Postmatic is adding info into User Meta that seems to be incompatible with this. Explore whether that's an issue I should address in this plugin or whether it's a Postmatic bug.

If the first/last name contains non alpha characters and then is imported into another database, there's potential for database breakage to happen. BUT... users want their data, no matter what. We should add a setting to sanitize these fields so that users can at least have a full-unfiltered export as well as a more safe and sanitized version as well if they want.

Hi, I'm not a developer so I'm hoping this makes sense.

When I export Users, the Export Excel File has multiple lines of messed up users.

I have noticed that these are duplicates and the original user is still also in the Export File too.

Also, the second issue is that some data for some members is not showing, for example date of birth.

I have included a screen grab below.

Let's allow the admin to export multiple roles, instead of ALL or just one. For scalability I think this might be best as columns of checkboxes.

Currently the user-meta is all or nothing. Let's allow Admins to choose which meta they want to export from a list of checkboxes. All should be selected by default.

The language folder is currently inside the plugin. We need to move it to the uploads folder so no localized translations are lost on plugin update.

I clicked on export to csv and got the following error

Hi, there is an error showing in the exported file

In my web site I'm managing customers with multiple roles and User Groups - managed by User Access Manager plugin, that belong to one or more user groups e.g. a certain customer that has a specific role can be in more than one group.
So farI can export only users by "role" and "date", therefore I will miss the User Groups concept, then my export will lack important data i.e. the one to many association between a user and the groups who belongs to.
Any way then to export users by both their group and the role affiliation?

2. Add a filter on $merge_args so I can customize get_users. For this particular case I want to ensure they don’t export administrators by adding a list of user IDs to the “exclude” param.

As I add more features, there will be more complex CSS needs, as well as JS needs. Outputting it inline in the function is just ugly and not future-proof. Clean it up!
