If I have properly understood, you want to treat CSV/TSV as bilingual files, with one column with source text and another column with target text. Unfortunately this feature is not supported by our Filters, even if the underlying Okapi Table Filter can support this configuration. All the texts in CSV and TSV are considered translatable.

The cause of the issue seems to be in the Okapi Framework. I'll ask to them if they are already aware of this.

We worked together with the Okapi team and found an issue in the filters configuration.
We already pushed a fix in the dev branch. Please try it and let me know if you still experience the issue.
