A local CLI password manager

For a while now i have wanted a CLI local password manager manager that could be used with multiple devices. passman will try to achieve that by generating/finding a password from a seed, generated using a list of given words, combined with a provided key word.

If you are using X11 on linux, you will neeed Xclip or Xsel for the clipboard to work properly. The project is dependant on https://github.com/atotto/clipboard
We need an actual logger module to log errors for debug purposes instead of printing everything in the terminal
