Fail to get "my documents"

マイドキュメントの取得に失敗するらしい（CK2wiki情報）。今は環境変数を見ているがレジストリを見るようにしないとダメかもしれない。

アンインストールが途中で止まります。
ログを見ると、steam板のDLLを削除した後、EPIC板のDLLを削除しようとして失敗してるようです。

おそらく、EPIC板があってsteam板が無いときもSTEAM板のDLLを削除しようとして失敗するのではないかと考えます。
別issueの話題となりますが、ローカルアカウントのマイドキュメントは正常に取得していました。

ERR_NOT_FIND_MY_DOCUMENTS

不明だが、レジストリの指定の場所にMyDocumentの位置が書かれていない環境があってインストールに失敗していた。
windows 7 64bitであることが原因かと思ったが、VMで確認したところ問題なさそうだった

Oneドライブ上で動作しない。
MyDocumentがOneドライブ上に作られるようになったらしい問題も合わせて解決する
