Add kotlin serialization library, implement it in app and perform the unit test on this library.

• Add kotlinx.serialization plugin and library
• Add kotlin coroutine test dependency
• Write unit test that test the serialization inside coroutine.

• Add RecipeModel
• Add Repository Interface for RecipeModel.
• Add a Fake Repository that extends repository.
• Add mock unit test.

• Add compose navigation library
• Add MainApp composable function scaffolding
• Setup navigation controller, navigation graph bottombar, and destinations.
  • Add NavGraph(modifier, navController, startDestination) composable in which nav host with all composable screen were present.
  • Define AppDestinations routes and AppNavigationActions class in which there should be function to navigate top level destination.
  • In MainApp composable, define top level destination's route list.
  • Create sealed class for destination, and sub-object for each destination.
