I can't select anything (1.13)

even if i change the selection binds it doesn't work
Edit: Selecting Only works in Multiplayer
Edit: Well now after unloading a schematic saved to memory i cant even do it in multiplayer, also is there a way to get rid of the loaded schematic without unloading and deleting it?

Can't Place Blocks

After creating my first schematic, I deleted all of the corners and origin point and can not place any blocks using my mouse. I can break blocks, and pick blocks, but can not place. Wondering what keybinds I need to use because it is not specified anywhere.

Updating litematica fails

It's kinda annoying to delete .litematica file in explorer every time, when i do 10-20 updates in a row.
Can you add something like messagebox, asking if it's ok to override file and with option "remember answer"?

Ctrl+scroll Tool Selection Issues on Mac

It seems as though control+scrolling is finicky on Mac.

It scrolls through the menu item hotbar without staying on the stick tool, making it nearly impossible to select specific tools

Litematica 1.13.2 Crash with Rift

Rift launches fine but when Litematica (litematica-rift-1.13.2-0.0.0-dev.20190203.221737) and malilib (malilib-rift-1.13.2-0.9.4) are added "An unexpected error has occurred and the game has crashed." The same occurs if only one or the other mod is in the folder.

Can not open .schematic files

NBT files are broken. Please update so it can use .schematic files so I can use it at all because it is very difficult to convert schematic to nbt and even then half the blocks don't appear.

1.13 Forge

Forge for 1.13 is here, would you make litematica that works with it in 1.13? And would you continue to support rift version?

  • I have a big schematics (170 * 71 * 69) when I place it I only have a blue square that appears, I do not know how to place it on the map correctly so that it appears in transparency.

Importing Schematica schematics and Exporting

So how is exporting and importing coming along cause unfortunately litematica is not a supported file format type for FAWE (Fast Async World Edit) So the exporting functionality appears to be there but does not function as well as importing. So is it future planning or left in by accident?

Carpets don't appear

When importing my .nbt schematics on 1.13.2, carpets don't appear

Nbt files are generated with https://rebane2001.com/mapartcraft/ and work just fine in MCEdit and Schematica
Most other blocks seem to appear in Litematica as well, it's just the carpets that don't

easyPlaceMode not working

So I've tried this easyPlaceMode and easyPlaceHoldEnabled as it is the alternative to autoprint, but it doesn't seem to be working. Whenever I have these both enabled along with the hotkey to enable them, right clicking doesn't place the block the schematic shows. Any fix?

Inner sides between same type of overlay renders

It can become a big problem, when there is a lot of them, for instance:

When i turn on 1 layer (instead of water must be air), fps drops from ~40 to ~30:

And if i try to jump into this mess and place/remove blocks - it becomes extremely unstable, often dropping to 1-2 fps:

And, even when only 1 layer visible - i still can't what i need to place, making building underwater kinda imposible.

Multiple Bugs with schematics and the End

For starters, when I have a schematic placement in an unloaded chunk and then enter the end I bug out like as if you were stuck in a block but can't mine it. I have to relog in order to fix that but when i spawn in, my armour that shows above your hearts disappears even though i am wearing armour. Then if I die and respawn my character is in a semi-void world that has 16x16x16 cubes of random blocks, then a second later I crash. Another issue is that if I try to remove that loaded schematic my game crashes.

Actions don't work in Rift 1.13.2

... in the dev version you uploaded and when I clone and build myself.

addSelectionBox (M+A) instead opens the menu (M) after I stop moving left (A)
toolPlaceCorner1 (BUTTON_1) and toolPlaceCorner2 (BUTTON_2) do not cause anything to happen or even move the player's hand
I do not have easy place enabled

I'm unable to test other features of this mod because these are what are needed to get started

Big painting misplaced

Little painting (1x1 and 2X1) are correctly placed in hologram. Bigger are misplaced.

Way to ignore some pink blocks

When i was watching 19+20-th scichaft witch farms stream - someone asked about what is pink on top of world eater (it was snow).

And so i got an idea - can you add way to add some blocks to ignore list, for them to not show pink overlay, like snow, would probably help finding mistakes in world eater.

Also it would work good with water. Not having your whole screen being pink would really help when you build under water.

And in my personal experience - there are specific blocks in every situation, that just really not helping by being pink.

Can you add this kind of setting? Preferably as list, where you can easily add and remove items. And maybe also way to temporally turn off the whole list, without deleting all items.

Crashes

It's been installed but keeps crashing, won't open minecraft at all. I have rift, created the profile for it. I downloaded malilib with litematica and moved them into my mods folder. It's specifically the litematica mod because when I remove it from my mod folder minecraft lods but it won't if litematica is in the mod folder.

Can't save an area selection to a litematic - 1.14.4

I have created an area selection titled iron_farm, and gotten the selection over the area I want.
However, pressing Crtl + S does not bring up the save dialogue, rather it just moves my player backwards.

I have tried holding the stick, holding nothing, flying, standing on the ground, going to survival to creative and back again, and it still will not bring up the save dialogue.

I have installed the required dependencies

If it helps, I am using 64bit Manjaro Linux, using a QWERTY-UK keyboard, OpenJDK8 (OpenJDK Runtime Environment (build 1.8.0_222-b05) 64bit, other java programs and mods work fine) and no other mods except the dependencies.

AutoPrinter

Actually, i don't know how i can use the AutoPrinter in this mod. I see that the tool is named "easyPlace" but i don't know by which way it may works. Thanks in advance to answer my question.

Structure not able to paste in creative

Structure with 1 M block volume is not able to paste in a creative world. Just says "scheduled task added..." and nothing happens. (version 1.13.2; 0.0.0-dev.20190203.221737)

No overlay for entities

there are no overlay (missing, wrong state, ...) on entites. At least painting, armor stands and item_frames should be great.

Litematic in blank?

Well something weird happened, I had this one litematic that I created in single player and then wanted to use on the server, I created it with no problems and could clearly see it on the server.
Went off to create another litematic, no problem creating it. impossible to place blocks when schematics blocks are on

I don't know how to explain this issue,
when i've got a wrong block in my loaded schematic,it's impossible to place a block on this block, like the box of the red wrong block disallow me to place a block,
in the same way i can't place a block through a ghost schematic block down face.
For example, if i try to place a block on a grass_block through a schematic block, it does nothing.

Sorry for my english, i'm french so i don't know how to explain in goods terms this issue

Hotkeys not working

Hi

I have some issues with this mod on 1.13.2.
I have te last version of Rift, Litematica and MaLiLib.

  1. The hotkeys M, M + C, M + A does not work! Nothing happen. I don't have te hotkey menu in the settings of Minecraft. The hotkey that works is "?", it opens the Litematica main menu.

  2. I want to create a litematica-schematic (as you said) but I can't select my schematica because the hotkeys don't work...

Feature Request: display model in layers for easier Survival building

I'm totally new to schematics and litematica - actually only used schematics for 2 days so far. It is brilliant though. I mostly play in survival mode. Maybe there is already the feature I'm looking for, but if not, it would be very useful for building large schematics.

In survival play, it would be super useful if I could load and place my schematic, then toggle "layer 1" so it only shows me the bottom 1 level of blocks of the schematic. I could then place all required blocks (and do landscaping where needed). Then toggle the next layer up. Place all blocks etc and repeat. This would make it really easy to build large schematics from the bottom up - in survival game mode (where flying is not an option).

As I said, I'm totally new to using schematics, so apologies in advance if this feature already exists (would like to know how to do it then), or if I'm simply using schematics incorrectly. I'm still learning. :)
